SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

  • We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout. 

     

    SHIPPING TIMES

    • After your payment is verified, most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays. (All orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.)

       

      US ORDERS

      • Standard Shipping (3 ~ 5 business days after fulfillment)
                We offer Free standard shipping will be included on all orders $30.00+
        • Expedited Shipping (2 ~ 3 business days after fulfillment).

         

        INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

        • Standard Shipping (7 ~ 21 business days after fulfillment)
        • All international shipping rates will be calculated by weight and are automatically calculated by USPS.

         

        There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

         

        TRACKING NUMBER INFO

        • For most of our shipping methods, we make our best effort to provide tracking information so that you can observe the progress of your shipment.
        • Depending on the shipping method used, tracking information will automatically become available via email. Some orders may not automatically generate shipping information.
        • In some cases it can take some business days for the shipping company to update their system to reflect the progress of your shipment.

         

        LOST & STOLEN PACKAGE

        • Please note that Lamoonla is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. 
        • Please make sure to double check you have input the correct address in your initial order. If your address and information is correct, please check with your local post office.
