Refund Policy

  • Thank you for choosing Lamoonla! Please take note that we do not offer custom products, so we kindly ask you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
  • If you're unsatisfied with our non-engraved items, you have 14 days from receipt to return them for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll need to provide proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, please email us at support@lamoonla.com with the subject "Returns" and include your order number, name, and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process, but please note that unauthorized returns won't be accepted.
  • For domestic orders, a $8.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • And all original shipping costs are non-refundable. Reach out to us for assistance with your return.

    Cancellations and order changes

    • If your order has already shipped and cannot be canceled, please refer to the Return Policy above on how to return your order. For additional assistance with canceling or modifying an order, please email support@lamoonla.com, ensuring that you include your order number.

    Damages and issues

    • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at support@lamoonla.com, providing your order number, name, and a picture of the damaged product.

    Refunds

    • We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    • Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at support@lamoonla.com.
