Refund policy

If you are unhappy with our nail wraps, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days upon receipt for a refund or exchangewhich means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need an email receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Our policy lasts 14 days after your order has been delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To start a return, please contact us at support@lamoonla.com with the subject" Returns" and include your order number, name and the reason for return.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

Cancellations and order changes

  • If your order has already shipped and cannot be canceled, please refer to the Return Policy above on how to return your order. For additional help canceling or modifying an order, please email support@lamoonla.com. Be sure to include your order number.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • please contact us at support@lamoonla.com with your order number, name and a picture of the damaged product.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If you’ve not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at support@lamoonla.com.
