There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it confirmed. To prevent this, please review your shopping cart before check out.
Please note that Lamoonla. is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure to double check you have input the correct address in your initial order.
If you are unhappy with our nail wraps, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days upon receipt for a refund or exchange, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need an email receipt or other proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days after your order has been delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide with instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
